About the Role

CMV Truck & Bus presents a fantastic opportunity for a full-time enthusiastic registration clerk to join the supportive and friendly Registration Team. Duties & Responsibilities

- Inspect and sight all vehicles to gather accurate information required to register vehicles
- Review all paperwork to ensure accurate registrations are complete
- Collect and enter accurate vehicle details onto state dealer online system
- Forward all paperwork to VicRoads when complete in line with company and state regulations
- Resolve any issues delaying Vehicle Registration Process
- Any other miscellaneous duties as required

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in vehicle registrations would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation and stakeholders
