Achieve much sought after work/life balance with this established boutique CBD based commercial law firm offering great flexibility to WFH and/or onsite (after 6 months) part-time hours (0.6) and be a contributing part of this professional property team with a diverse project portfolio (Industrial/Development/Commercial):

  • Manage (residential/commercial) conveyancing files end-to-end
  • Work alongside lawyers with some larger commercial /industrial/development projects
  • Liaise with in-house lawyers, clients, architects et al
  • Reviewing and attending to registration of land dealings

12 months solid conveyancing experience would be ideal together with a genuine interest in property law, strong tech skills including PEXA &/or SPEAR or LEAP. Candidates with experience, interest and/or focus in this area of property/conveyancing support are preferred but you must be able to demonstrate actual work experience in conveyancing to be considered. A professional, open, transparent, enthusiastic, confident communication style and attitude as well as your ability to think critically will be key to your success. As an important member of a small, high-performing close-knit group, you will be trusted to work effectively, autonomously, and to own your role with meticulous attention to detail and pride.

Salary (pro-rated) is commensurate with experience. Relevant legal practice/conveyancing/property focused studies will be highly regarded.
