We are looking for self-motivated individuals to join our existing casual pool of Workshop Technicians. This position is responsible for assembling and configuring Multi-Functional Devices as per the customer’s specifications and as well as performing repairs when required. Successful applicants will be provided technical training on all our products.

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

- Assemble and configure Multi-Functional Devices
- Ensure run-ups and other tasks are completed within the specified times for each device or task
- Recycle packaging as per instructions, including loading recycling machines
- Identify issues within the workshop that will affect productivity, quality and teamwork
- Assess returned machines for refurbishment and/or disposal as required

Desired Skills and Experience

Other requirements:

- Practical mechanical skills desirable but not essential
- Accurate data entry skills & ability to quickly learn new software applications

In addition to the above, the successful candidate will be able to work effectively with customers and Toshiba team members across multiple departments and at various levels. Therefore, sound interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation will ensure success.
