Working with a privately owned organisation located in Cremorne we are looking for a Payroll Officer to join the team on a permanent basis. This role will suit someone who has 1+ years' experience processing end to end payroll and is easily able to articulate their experience doing this. Working closely with a team processing pay for over 3000+ employees, this role offers flexibility - working 1 day from home per week, and flexible start/finish times.
The role:
- Working in a close-knit team processing end to end payroll for both weekly and monthly employees
- Reporting to the Payroll Manager and taking ownership of a business unit (with support)
- Onboarding, offboarding, terminations, variations and employee queries
- Superannuation, leave processing and calculations
The successful candidate:
- Will have previous experience in payroll, any level above 1+ year. End to end experience is required.
- ADP experience will be desirable, otherwise any large Payroll system experience.
- Will have a passion for payroll and a want to grow your skills in this field
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong communication skills and high levels of initiative
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
The finer details:
- Cremorne location, parking available onsite
- Full time, with 1 day per week from home

- Salary up to $90,000 including superannuation
