- Assess compliance areas with an emphasis on updating policies, processes, and systems using data, insights, and human‑centred design principles.
- Collaborate with Business Units to enhance compliance and timecard metrics.
- Resolve employee service complaints related to processes, systems, or escalations
- Contributing to the design and ongoing improvement of training materials and frameworks.
- Planning and delivering regular training sessions for end users, managers, and senior leaders.
- Supervise the management of all operational work instructions, ensuring that documentation consistently meets high standards, and that the knowledge base remains current.
- Evaluate both existing and emerging processes, providing recommendations to support ongoing process improvement
- Identify areas for employee experience or process improvement by conducting data analysis activities and raising suggestions with Time & Attendance Compliance Manager, Central Support Team and the Digital Solutions Team
- Maintain strong knowledge of Bupa HR policies to ensure governance and compliance
- Collaborate with other teams (Technology, Workplace Relations, Payroll, Risk & Compliance) for efficient end‑to‑end processes that meet employee expectations
What will I bring?
- Previous experience in a Team Leader or Manager role.
- Experience with Time and Attendance systems preferred
- Experience with process and governance
- Experience with Service Now or similar online case management tools.
- Solid understanding of time and attendance compliance, payroll, employment regulations and data reconciliation
- Exceptional communication abilities and strong customer service orientation
- Experience with functional development and delivery of technical solutions that work across people system technologies.
- Ability to effectively engage and align with various stakeholders both internally within the business but also externally with our suppliers and vendors.
- Strong problem solving and time management skills.
