We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Speech Pathologist to join a well-established multidisciplinary private practice committed to delivering high-quality, client-centered care to individuals of all ages.

As a Speech Pathologist, you will have the chance to work with both adults or children, making a meaningful impact on their communication and swallowing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients of varying ages.

  • Provide evidence-based therapy and interventions for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

  • Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and physiotherapists, to ensure holistic care for clients.

  • Educate clients and their families about communication strategies and therapy goals.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with practice policies.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications:

  • A recognised degree in Speech Pathology.

  • Current registration with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia (or equivalent).

  • Experience working with both adults and children is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and best practices.
