The Firm & The Role

Our client is a well-regarded Gold Coast boutique law firm known for delivering high-quality legal services while fostering a genuinely supportive and social team culture. With a strong reputation across Property and Wills & Estates matters, the firm offers its lawyers the opportunity to work closely with senior practitioners in a collaborative, down-to-earth environment.

They are seeking a motivated Junior Lawyer with 1-2 years/' PAE to join their team. The role can be tailored to your interests, offering exposure to Property law or Wills & Estates (or a mix of both), depending on your background and career goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain direct client contact, excellent mentorship and the flexibility to work 4 or 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

- Drafting and reviewing legal documents in Property or Wills & Estates matters
- Providing advice and support to clients
- Working closely with senior lawyers to develop your technical skills
- Managing files with appropriate supervision
- Building strong client relationships within a growing practice

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- 1-2 years/' PAE in either Property or Wills & Estates or an interest in developing in this practice area
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- A client-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Enthusiasm to learn and develop in a supportive environment
