We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support project teams by ensuring the smooth execution of project-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative support, document management, tracking project progress, and coordinating communication among stakeholders. This role is critical in ensuring project deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities while ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including reports, timelines, and status updates, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Organise and manage project files, contracts, and correspondence while tracking expenses and supporting budget monitoring.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, and vendors, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and distribute project reports, presentations, and other deliverables while coordinating meetings and recording action items.
- Assist in resource allocation, ensuring the availability of necessary materials and tracking inventory of project supplies.
- Ensure all project activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and quality control measures.
- Identify potential project risks, escalate them to management, and support compliance documentation and risk mitigation efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or project support role.

Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $70,000 to $120,000 per year + Super.
