About The Role
With exciting new growth and a positive pipeline of projects, our development business is looking for a Project Administrator to join the team in our Corporate Sydney Office in the Rocks.
This position will provide administrative support to our design team and manage the team's operational delivery including providing support with project, financial and accounts administration.
This is a great opportunity to let your project management & organisational skills shine and contribute meaningfully to ongoing research projects for our growing Design & Development team.
Key Accountabilities
- Update design documentation
- Assist in accounts payable, including supplier set-up, invoicing, and raising purchase orders
- Procurement responsibilities including evaluating quotes
- Implement and maintain a consistent filing structure for all projects
- Document written briefs to consultants and assist in coordinating training days
- Develop and maintain project expenditure logs and budget tracking sheets for reporting
- Update and file project documentation efficiently
- Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders
About You
- Excellent computer literacy across Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Teams)
- Project administration experience – including minute taking
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite preferred but not essential
- Experience in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment with proven ability to think on your feet
- Excellent organisational skills, capable of juggling many things at once
- Event coordination experience preferred
