For AO26, we’re looking for Waste Management Team Members to play a crucial role in keeping Melbourne Park clean, safe, and sustainable. This is a hands‑on role, perfect for those who aren’t afraid of hard work and want to be part of the action at one of the world’s biggest sporting events.

The Role

- Collect and remove rubbish, recycling, and organics across event spaces

- Handle waste bins, compaction equipment, and assist with site cleanliness

- Ensure correct waste separation and disposal, supporting AO’s sustainability goals

- Complete repetitive, physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and walking across large sites

- Work closely with logistics and back‑of‑house teams to maintain a clean and efficient precinct

About You

- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for long shifts

- Previous experience in cleaning, labouring, or waste management is useful – but not essential

- Reliable, punctual, and ready to take direction

- Safety‑conscious with strong attention to detail

- A team player with a positive, can‑do attitude
