Lumus Imaging is currently seeking an experienced general and CT Radiographer to take on the role of Imaging Manager of our Keperra site.

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational services at the site, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality and efficient imaging service for both our patients and referrers. Additionally, you will provide leadership and guidance to the staff under your supervision.

The successful candidate will have advanced CT skills and work across our busy comprehensive suburban clinic with hours of Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5pm (no shift work)

Our Keperra clinic provides MRI, CT, XR, BMD, ULS and Dental scans to our patients.

You duties will include:

- Implementation and oversight of Workplace Health and Safety and Quality Assurance activities.

- Fostering of relationships with referrers, providing them with ongoing support and engagement.

- Execution of CT and X-ray responsibilities in alignment with organizational standards.

- Management of procurement processes and effective stock inventory management.

- Execution of performance management strategies and facilitation of staff development initiatives.

Requirements:

- Senior CT/ General Radiographer with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience.

- Full-time position with standard and flexible working hours.

- Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and organizational multitasking abilities.

- Previous management experience is advantageous.
