Responsibilities

- Lead moderate to large-scale urban design projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and develop long-term client relationships.
- Manage multiple projects, prepare reports and design strategies, and mentor junior staff.
- Work with planners, economists, and community engagement professionals to deliver integrated solutions for urban development.

Qualifications

- Tertiary qualification in Urban Design, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or related discipline
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in a professional services firm or state/local government
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sound knowledge of the NSW planning framework
- Strong communication, writing, and project management skills
- Ability to prepare graphic materials, two-dimensional drawings, and urban design reports
