Tasks & Responsibilities

Divisional Manager

- Financial reporting, profitability outcomes & contracts management
- Oversee 6 Area Managers directly and their teams indirectly
- Ensuring KPI's and targets are not just achieved but exceeded
- Managing compliance and company standards
- Quality reporting standards and communication with key stakeholders
- Look to improve operations efficiencies

Skills and Experience

- Ideally possess previous management experience in either contracts management, project management, site management, facilities management or construction management environments. Open to other industries with a strong operational and leadership background.
- Possess a strong operational management mindset
- An emphasis on leadership and ability to inspire and empower people
- Must possess strong numeracy and financial skills
- Intelligent with a high achieving attitude
- We are looking for a dynamic leader wanting to grow further with a large national company rather than a senior leader looking for their last role.
