- Running residential conveyancing files
- our client is prepared to pay above market $$ to secure the right candidate
- reasonable file load - approx 30-35 settlements per month

The Role

Our client, located on the South side of Brisbane, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their firm. Working on primarily residential conveyancing files, you will be running matters from start to finish. You will also assist occasionally on commercial and OTP files for Developers. The firm uses Action step. It is anticipated you will settle 30 - 35 files per month. Duties include -

- contract perusal and dealing with clients
- on line searches, first and final letters
- following up on outstanding conditions
- dealing with Brokers, Solicitors, Banks
- Settlement statements
- organising settlement using PEXA
- and general file management duties

This position is situate at Eight Mile Plains or for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal, you can work from home full time or in a hybrid role (after training).

Your experience

To be suitable for this role you will need prior Qld conveyancing paralegal experience of at least 3 years. You will also have Mandarin language skills as 20-30% of the client base are Chinese.
