Retail Cleaning Supervisor - Full-Time Toowong Village

Trident Services is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join and lead our cleaning team at Toowong Village.

About the Role

We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to assist the Regional Manager with coordinating daily cleaning operations at a premium retail outlet – Toowong Village. This hands‑on role involves supporting team members and helping with minor roster and task adjustments. Ideal for an experienced cleaner looking to grow into a team support position.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily cleaning duties and team support

- Perform general site cleaning: amenities, food court, car parks, bins (as required)

- Monitor cleaning quality and report issues to management

- Assist with roster adjustments and task allocation

- Report hazards and incidents

- Maintain WHS compliance and professional communication

Skills & Experience

- Previous cleaning experience essential (retail/commercial preferred)

- Minimum one year's supervisory experience in any industry

- Reliable, proactive, and physically fit

- Able to work independently and in a team

Mandatory Requirements

- Police Check (or willing to obtain)

- Australian work rights (unlimited)

- First Aid (desirable)

- QLD Driver's Licence

- Available to work Mon‑Fri
