This role is designed to be flexible, realistic, and sustainable, with the time, tools, and support to do good work well.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting children, young people, parents, carers, and families in their homes and community
- Implement evidence-based interventions – from parenting strategies to life skills coaching
- Connect families to community, education, and employment resources
- Work collaboratively with Child Safety, government, and community partners to provide wrap-around support
- Maintain documentation and case notes in line with standards and requirements
To join our team, you’ll need:
- A Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
- Flexibility to work across morning, evening, and sleepover shifts
- Working toward or holding a Certificate IV, Diploma, or Bachelor in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work, or a related field
- Experience supporting children, young people, and families, ideally in Family Support, Child Safety, or similar community-based roles
