About therole:

Make areal difference in the lives of young people and their families.AnglicareCQ is looking for a passionate and dedicated facilitatorto join our Early Psychosis Psychosocial Supports team. Thisprogram provides supports for adolescents and young people aged12-25 who are ar risk of, or have experienced a first episode ofpsychosis.

Atypical day will look like:

- Work alongsideyoung people and their families to build resilience and supportrecovery.

- Provide one-on-oneand group sessions, tailored to each person’sneeds.

- Help with everydayskills, education, vocational goals, and communityconnections.

- Collaborate withmental health services and community networks for integratedcare.

- Deliver inclusiveand culturally safe support for diversecommunities.

- Keep accuraterecords and follow organisational policies.

MandatoryRequirements:

- Completed tertiaryqualifications (Minimum Diploma) in Mental Health, Peer Work,Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or other healthrelated field as designated by AnglicareCQand

- 2years relevant work experience in the Mental HealthSector

- Ability to obtain aBlue Card (working with children check positive notice orexemption)

- Ability to obtain aYellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemptionnotice)
