About the firm

Our client is a well-regarded Victorian plaintiff practice with a focus on genuine client care. With a close-knit team structure, they offer a welcoming workplace, reasonable targets, and strong wellbeing initiatives to ensure their lawyers can thrive both inside and outside the office.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take carriage of a diverse caseload, with a strong focus on medical negligence matters, alongside road accidents, workplace injuries and public liability claims.

- Handle files autonomously with team support

- Advise clients compassionately throughout the process

- Prepare key court documents and correspondence

- Participate in alternative dispute resolution

What you’ll bring

- At least 4-6 years’ PQE in plaintiff personal injury law

- Strong background in medical negligence

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively
