You'll keep the energy high and the workflow smooth in your designated department. By leading by example, you'll work with your team to ensure every day is a success and operations run like a well-oiled machine. Get ready to lead, inspire, and make a real impactThis is a full-time role and flexibility to work morning, day and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers.We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $30.78 per hour for this role.**What’s involved:*** Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers* Coach the team through guidance on appropriate service behaviours* Helping onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction support* Merchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirements* Managing and coordinating stock effectively.**Who we're looking for:**Our ideal candidate will share a genuine passion for retail and customer service and be complimentary to the store leadership team.
