About Our Client: Our client is a trusted provider of landscaping and horticultural services across Australia. With a strong reputation for safety, reliability, and quality, they deliver grounds maintenance to a wide range of clients including councils, schools, hospitals, and commercial facilities. About the Role
We are currently seeking motivated and experienced Supervisors and Team Leaders to join the Programmed Grounds Maintenance team across two key locations – Burswood and Murdoch. These hands-on leadership roles will see you leading and supporting teams to deliver high-quality landscaping and horticultural services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily operations of grounds and parks maintenance crews
- Undertake hands-on landscaping, turf, and general grounds maintenance tasks
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, safely and efficiently
- Mentor and motivate team members to achieve operational goals
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture across all tasks
Skills & Experience
- Previous leadership experience in landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to lead by example in a hands-on role
- Sound knowledge of WHS practices
- Current C class Driver’s Licence (MR/HR licence desirable)
- A recent National Police Clearance (
- Capable of physical manual labour and a proactive approach to change
- Knowledge of Work Health and Safety practices, including hazard identification
