Capral is seeking an experienced Fabricator Technical Support & Training Specialist to join our team in Huntingwood. This exciting full-time role is focused on supporting our Fabricator network, Account Managers, and Customer Service team through expert training, technical assistance, and hands‑on support. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with Capral’s fabricator network. - Provide product and tooling training to Account Managers and Customer Service teams. - Deliver expert technical support to fabricators – including product selection, tooling, and fabrication best practices. - Support with estimation software and tooling setup/maintenance. - Conduct regular on‑site visits to fabricators to ensure tooling is operational and well‑maintained. - Offer project‑specific solutions that comply with Australian Standards. - Monitor market and competitor activity; suggest product improvements or innovations. - Uphold the highest standards of Safety, Health & Environment (SH&E).
