- Manage complex investigations, audits, and regulator engagement

- Based in Brisbane, lead HSW strategy and critical risk programs across multiple sites in QLD/WA
- Mentor Partners and Advisors to strengthen capability
- Manage audits, regulator liaison, and complex investigations
About the Role
We seek a highly experienced Senior Partner - Health, Safety & Wellbeing to lead safety initiatives and foster a proactive safety culture across diverse operations. Reporting to the HSW Regional Manager, you will oversee regional safety programs, manage risk registers, and provide strategic leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and implementation of HSW programs across QLD/WA
- Manage risk registers, incident reporting, and liaise with regulators
- Mentor and coach HSW Partners and Advisors
- Deliver training and build capability across sites
Skills & Experience
- Degree in OHS or equivalent
- 5+ years in senior WHS roles
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, compliance, and risk management
- Proven experience in investigations and safety improvement initiatives
