Overview

Audio Visual (AV) Support Officer – Canberra, ACT

Are you experienced in supporting AV technology and providing operational support in fast-paced environments? We are looking for a Senior Service Management Officer to assist in delivering expert AV and administrative support within a dynamic command centre environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running of mission-critical operations and services across a highly visible national program.

Key Duties

- Provide expert support and troubleshooting for AV equipment, including Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Ensure AV readiness across multiple rooms including Command Centre, Media Hub, and Rapid Response Room
- Deliver efficient administration support and manage physical and system access to command spaces
- Liaise with AV specialists and internal stakeholders to coordinate room setups and technical needs

Key Criteria

- Proficiency with audio-visual systems, including Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Demonstrated experience in AV user support and corporate multimedia technologies
- Strong administrative skills and experience in managing confidential data
- Effective communicator with ability to work across distributed teams and shift-based environments
