Overview

Outbound Sales Representative – Bella Vista or Sydney CBD | $60K Base + Uncapped Comms. High-volume cold calling. Tight scripts. One-call closes. If you’ve got the hustle, this role will show you the money.

Phone Us Today is shaking up the SME telco space, one phone call at a time. This is pure outbound sales, where the winners are fast on the phone, sharp with their pitch, and relentless with their follow-up.

You’ll be joining a no-nonsense team with real momentum that dials hard, closes fast, and earns big. If you’ve got the confidence to pick up the phone 150 times a day and the grit to push past every “no,” you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Actually Do

- Outbound calls daily using tight scripts

- Selling Google Top Page services

- Handle inbound callbacks and rewarm past leads

- Record accurate notes and customer data in the CRM

- Convert prospects in one or two calls, closing on the phone

- Meet daily sales and call targets

What We’re Looking For

- Prior experience in cold calling, door-to-door, or telesales preferred

- Experience in charity sales, donation drives, or retail sales

- Excellent verbal communication and confident on the phone

- Persistent, coachable, and numbers-driven

- Comfortable working off strict scripts and keeping calls sharp and focused

- Must be based in Sydney and able to work from our Bella Vista or CBD office

- Hit $40K+ in monthly sales and unlock top-tier commissions

- Book 2–3 sales per week and hit accelerators quickly

- Be a name on the whiteboard every week

- Work your way up through performance gates and commission tiers

- Become a consistent top biller in a tight-knit, supportive team
