About the facility
Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.
About the role
As the Osteo Arthritis Prehabilitation Progrma, Service Coordinator Service you will be responsible for the daily operational management of a specialist multidisciplinary team that provides integrated assessment, intervention, education and support to patients in the Barwon region living with Osteoarthritis who would benefit from support to make healthy lifestyle changes in order to prevent the need for joint replacement.
