Job Description
Opportunity: The City of Albany’s Albany Leisure and Aquatics Team are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and customer focused individual to take up the role of Customer Service Officer – ALAC for contracted 40hrs per fortnight with alternate weekend shifts. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this role will see you responsible for working in a support role within the City of Albany to provide a professional, friendly, positive, reception service for all customers to the Centre.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You:Experience in a customer service environment with high exposure to the general public, excellent communication skills, well-developed computing skills and knowledge of the sport and recreation services industry are essential to this role.
