About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Software Developer to join our innovative team. Whether your expertise is in full-stack, front-end, or back-end development, we're interested in talking with you. We prioritise finding candidates who combine technical excellence with a strong cultural fit. You'll collaborate with our Product Team on new product initiatives and work closely with our Chief Technology Officer to deliver software of exceptional quality.

Frontend: Module Federated Vue.js for Single Page Applications

Backend: Hono for high-performance API development

Infrastructure: Fully managed PaaS in Azure

Architecture: Microservices with typesafety throughout

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications using our Vue.js frontend and Hono API backend

Contribute to technical architecture discussions, finding innovative solutions to complex problems

Explore and integrate AI/ML technologies into our products, developing prototypes that leverage cutting-edge AI capabilities

Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing to elevate team performance

Drive development from conception to production with emphasis on automated testing, security, and maintainability

Champion continuous improvement of software quality through modern processes, tools, and frameworks

Stay current with industry trends and help evaluate new technologies for potential adoption

Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and creative problem-solving

Skills & Experience We Value

Experience with nodejs api frameworks, such as hono, express, fastify, nestjs, bun

Understanding of microservice architecture principles and implementation

Familiarity with cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and IaC (Terraform)

Experience with or interest in AI/ML integration into applications

Comfort working with monorepo structures and module federation concepts

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, innovative environment

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience

7+ years of professional software development experience, with depth in at least one area (frontend, backend, or full stack)

What Sets You Apart

Experience with TypeScript in production environments

Knowledge of serverless architectures and scale-to-zero principles

Prior work with advanced module federation

History of contributing to greenfield product development

Experience with AI implementation in commercial applications

Healthcare domain experience, particularly with FHIR implementation
