As a Dietitian at cohealth, you/'ll deliver high-quality, community-based services to individuals and groups with diverse nutrition needs. You/'ll support clients with assessment, management, and education while contributing to co-designed health promotion programs.

- Delivering dietetics services to individuals and groups, meeting agreed service targets
- Providing flexible and inclusive care for clients from marginalised backgrounds
- Creating a welcoming environment that encourages health literacy and self-management
- Working within multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, holistic care
- Collaborating with local agencies to strengthen community health outcomes
- Designing, reviewing, and evaluating nutrition and health promotion programs

- Tertiary qualification in dietetics.
- Current registration with Dietitians Australia and APD status
- Dietitian with 4 years or more of clinical experience, preferably some in a community health setting
- Enthusiasm for multidisciplinary teamwork
- A current Victorian Driver/'s License

All appointments are made subject to a satisfactory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC), a Working with Children Check (WWCC), complete a Pre-Employment Declaration Form, evidence of legal rights to work in Australia, and evidence of vaccination.
Successful applicants will be required to provide evidence of immunisation assessment including Influenza within 12 weeks of commencement. This is in accordance with the Victorian Minister of Health Mandatory Vaccination Orders and legislated requirement for influenza vaccination.
