The Opportunity

Discover a job with a big difference At TJX, our Processing Centre (PC) isn’t like any other—we don’t just move boxes. Our PC Associates unpack, label, and price all items for our stores, with the added excitement of never knowing what’s coming next—every day is different

One day you could be handling pink China flamingos, the next, Hawaiian shirts—it’s fast-paced, hands-on, and most of all, FUN

This full-time position is based at our Marsden Park Processing Centre, with a starting hourly rate of $29.13.

Afternoon Shift - 2:15 PM – 10:21 PM (Monday – Friday)

About You

- Ideal for anyone who thrives in a fast-paced environment—retail, hospitality, or warehouse experience is a plus
- Perfect for those who enjoy a physical, hands-on job (lifting up to 20 kg)
- A team player who values a strong workplace culture.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or have full working rights.
- LO / LF License preferred.

The Recruitment Process

- Complete the online TJX Application Form.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a Group Assessment at our Marsden Park Processing Centre.
- Background checks– including work rights, a police check, and a pre-employment medical assessment.
- Successful candidates will join a full-day induction in May 2025.
