The Opportunity & Responsibilities

As a Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the Centre, encompassing staff management, budget oversight, and effective communication with families, employees & internal stakeholders.

You will lead a high performing team to strive for and provide the highest quality care and education for all children, families, staff and the community. As a Centre Manager, you will ensure a smooth and safe child & family experience and nurture a positive and inclusive culture that encourages collaboration.

About you

- Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Children/'s services

- Ideally will have had experience in setting up and opening a new service

- Knowledge and understanding of Children/'s Services Regulations and National Quality Standards

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Lead, inspire and motivate a team of educators

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care

- Current Working with Children check, Police Check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, Food Safety Supervisor certificate
