Overview

We’re on the hunt for a Qualified Boilermaker to join our team in the earthmoving industry. If you take pride in your welding and fabrication skills and have a solid background working on heavy machinery and structural steel, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

- Fabrication and repair of earthmoving plant and attachments
- MIG, TIG and stick welding as required
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans
- Working on wear plates, buckets, booms, chassis, and structural components
- Completing pre-starts, maintenance reports, and job cards accurately
- Supporting breakdown repairs and scheduled maintenance work

Requirements

- OR 2nd class welder fabricator with minimum 2 years experience
- Experience in the earthmoving, mining, or heavy industry sectors
- Proficient in MIG welding (TIG and stick welding experience a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Driver’s licence (HR or forklift ticket advantageous)
