Key responsibilities:

- Support the development and implementation of FMH Biobank Framework Projects, including assisting with the development and implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS), including policies, procedures, and guidelines across different areas of biobank operations, as well as the delivery of biobank training and education programs
- Liaising with clinical staff (including surgeons and pathologists, research nurses and data managers) to ensure efficient and ethical participant consent and collection of biospecimens for research
- Supporting the development of written content for Framework Projects, such as work plans and procedures, presentations, communications, and web content
- Maintaining accurate records for sample tracking, and inventory management in other biobank data management (including archiving), in accordance with operating procedures.
