The Role

As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store, driving performance, building team energy, and creating an unforgettable experience for every customer. What You’ll Do

- Lead the Floor: Spend most of your time engaging customers, coaching the team, and driving sales.

- Achieve Big: Help the store exceed sales, KPI, and profitability goals through strategy, hustle, and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 1‑2 years of leadership experience in retail (apparel/footwear experience is a plus).

- Leadership: A natural motivator who can inspire, coach, and lift others to perform their best.

- Results‑Driven: Proven ability to hit sales targets and build strong team performance.

- Agile & Adaptable: Confident decision‑maker who thrives under pressure and moves fast when it matters.

- Communicator: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, you know how to connect and influence.
