The People & Culture Manager
- Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
- Location: Ideally based in Wodonga, though other locations possible – some travel involved
- Work type: Full Time - Permanent Ongoing

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and hands‑on leadership in design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of human resource frameworks, systems, practices, policies, and activities
- Partner with the Service Delivery and Executive teams to deliver on workforce planning, change management, and employee case management
- Contribute to a safety‑first, high‑performance culture that aides our expanding portfolio of capabilities and services footprint
- Coach and support people leaders and employees in developing their leadership and management capabilities
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business, or other relevant disciplines; or equivalent skills and experience
- Demonstrated experience working as a senior business partner or HR executive
- Sound knowledge of the Fair Work Act, employment legislation, and experience in interpreting and applying awards, agreements, policies, procedures, and other industrial instruments
- Experience with the SCHADS Award is desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and capacity for skilled use of data to inform decisions and depict results
