Job Description

ESV is embarking on an exciting phase of growth, and we're on the lookout for a Senior Advisor who shares our passion for Business Advisory and Compliance.

Your Role

- Engage in technical research to provide taxation and business guidance to our portfolio of clients.
- Manage compliance responsibilities, encompassing payroll tax, land tax, fringe benefit tax, stamp duty, and ASIC requirements.
- Prepare financial statements and tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Craft client advice and address all client inquiries.
- Achieve set KPIs, including productivity, billings budget, debtors, WIP, and write-offs.
- Flexibility to take on project assignments aligned with overall business needs.

Qualifications for Success

- Ideally possess four or more years of experience in a professional accounting practice in a Business Advisor role.
- Exhibit a solid grasp of compliance, coupled with a thirst for continuous learning.
- Possess a curious mindset, actively seeking optimal solutions to benefit your team and clients.
- Take pride in your work and embrace opportunities for training and mentorship.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under competing deadlines.
- Self-driven, capable of working autonomously, and contributing innovative ideas to the team.
- Pursuing or nearing completion of CA certification.
