The role leads innovation projects, provides evidence-based advice, and facilitates collaborative workshops to shape future strategies.The role champions change leadership and continuous improvement while driving external engagement to enhance HammondCare’s influence and reputation.**Essance of the role:*** Strategic Research & Insight - focuses on identifying emerging trends and risks through horizon scanning and benchmarking. Insights are translated into actionable recommendations to guide HammondCare’s Residential Care strategy.* Policy & Reform Advisory - involves analysing government reforms and policy changes to provide clear, strategic advice to senior leaders. It includes preparing briefing papers to support informed decision-making.* Innovation & Improvement Design - centres on designing and piloting new service models and technologies. Collaboration with external partners helps test and refine innovative solutions before implementation.* Advisory & Influence - provides evidence-based advice to manager on strategic opportunities and risks, while facilitating workshops to co-design future organisational directions.* Change Leadership & Culture Shaping - champions a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, guiding how change initiatives are understood and adopted across the organisation.* Data-Driven Strategy Development - uses demographic, market, and financial data to inform planning.
