- Assist the Principal in leading the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focused on achieving high-quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Deputise for the Principal when required, ensuring consistency and strong leadership across all areas of school life.
- Model ethical and values-based leadership, embedding socially just practices and promoting a culture of equity and inclusion.
- Set and uphold high standards for student achievement and staff performance, while fostering a collaborative and professional working environment.
- Forming strong partnerships with parents, community organisations, government agencies, and local industry.
- Contribute to school planning and improvement through strategic thinking and evidence-informed decision-making.
- Effective management of school resources - human, financial, and physical - will be central to your success, alongside a commitment to your own professional growth and lifelong learning.

What You Bring:

- Demonstrate a proven capacity to lead curriculum and pedagogy in ways that improve learning outcomes for all students.
