We're seeking experienced Area Managers to join our Customer Fulfillment team at our Fulfillment Center in Lytton.

As an Area Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and developing a team of Amazon associates in areas such as receive, stow, pick, pack, or ship. Your focus will be on improving delivery process efficiency, ensuring customer orders are delivered quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively. You will collaborate with peers to ensure smooth workflows and meet or exceed customer expectations.

Please note the shift pattern is based on 4 days on and 3 days off.

Key job responsibilities:

1. Lead and develop a team of Amazon associates.
2. Maintain health and safety standards within your area and promote a safety culture.
3. Develop performance goals to meet customer expectations and ensure quality and accuracy.
4. Collaborate with support teams such as Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to meet business objectives.
5. Establish and maintain quality control standards with the management team.
6. Review work forecasts and determine requirements to meet daily objectives.

Qualifications:

- Experience in Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related fields.
- Proven management experience with sizable teams, motivational skills, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including dive deep analysis of complex processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing employee performance and using performance metrics for process improvement.
- Flexibility to work weekends and shifts regularly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification from an accredited university.
