About the Role
The Executive Assistant supports the provision of a proactive administrative and secretarial service to the Medical Lead(s), Surgery, including providing advice and recommendations, contributing to the resolution of complex and sensitive issues, providing a contact point for internal and external staff and stakeholders, preparing and drafting reports and briefing notes, undertaking minor research and projects, data collection and analysis.
About You
You are a highly organised and professional individual, able to provide expert administrative support while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated excellence in communication, discretion, and professionalism when liaising with staff, executives, and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in executive support, including minute taking, agenda preparation, report writing, and coordinating meetings.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills, with the ability to summarise data and provide recommendations.
- Highly adaptable, able to meet deadlines under pressure, work independently, and contribute effectively to a team in a dynamic environment.
