Overview

From Workplace to Wellbeing: Your Next OT Adventure

Experienced workplace rehab OTs - ready to channel your skills into something different?

Your assessment expertise, equipment knowledge, and functional analysis skills are gold in the NDIS world. We're looking for seasoned workplace rehab professionals who want to explore person-centred practice with genuine work-life balance. Streamlined stakeholder communication means more time for what you are trained to do. Build proper therapeutic relationships. See genuine progress. Make decisions based on clinical reasoning, not insurance policies.

Growth Beyond Rehab:

Your experience opens doors to AT specialisation, complex home modifications, mental health intervention or a paediatric focus. Our structure supports genuine progression into senior, clinical lead or team leader roles to support your professional development. Many of our senior clinicians started exactly where you are now

What/u2019s Different Here:

Manageable Days: 5 billable hours daily - leaving room to breathe, document properly, and actually enjoy the work.

Monthly Rewards: Three-tier bonus system where you choose your prize - extra cash, annual leave, or professional development (with two bonus training days).

Pick Your People: Focus on kids OR adults - no more covering birth to retirement in one caseload if that/u2019s not for you

Real Flexibility:

- Work from home when it suits
- Compressed 9-day fortnights after probation
- Clients allocated near your postcode
- You control your calendar

The Work Itself:

- Functional capacity evaluations for life skills, not job tasks
- Skill-building programs tailored to individual goals
- Assistive technology prescription
- Home modification assessments
- Home and living assessments

What You Need:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration
- Vehicle and licence
- Standard clearances (police clearance, WWCC and NDIS workers’ check)
- That analytical mindset you/u2019ve already developed
- Curiosity about person-centred practice
