Overview

APS 6 Senior Data Analyst – Affirmative Measures

Make a meaningful impact by transforming data into insights that drive better outcomes. This role works across teams to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable products that support strategic decision-making and improve services for vulnerable communities.

Location: All Locations

Status: Full-Time or Part-Time, Ongoing/Non-ongoing

Affirmative Measures: This position is open only to professionals who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead data extraction, analysis, and modelling to support decision-making.
- Manage analytics projects and consult with stakeholders to define and deliver outcomes.
- Create clear, accessible reports, dashboards, and visualisations.
- Ensure data integrity and contribute to governance and process improvements.
- Build collaborative relationships and support data literacy across teams.
- Stay resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
