Are you a Senior Data Analysts with exceptional expertise in ETL testing and ERP migration validation?

Location: Sydney (Hybrid)

Rates: $700– $880 per day

About the role:

As a Senior Data Analyst you be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of payroll data across the organisation. Your expertise will help validate processes to ensure compliance with industry standard, helping maintain efficiency and accuracy. There will be collaboration with cross-functional teams to help deliver a large scale HCM payroll transformation within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in end-to-end ERP data migration testing, focusing on cloud transitions and large-scale ETL processes.
  • Develop robust logic for data validation, reconciliation and compliance auditing to ensure data integrity.
  • Design test scenarios, triage defects efficiently using SQL validation techniques, and perform source-to-target reconciliation.
  • Work closely with the Data and Testing teams to support a successful transformation program.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in ERP migration validation, preferably within cloud environments. Must have experience with large-scale ETL testing.
  • Exposure to informatica is nice to have or any similar tool will be great, (or similar tools) really looking for the conceptual skills here within , SQL, and knowledge of source-to-target reconciliation processes.
