Your role will focus on identifying, pitching to, and onboarding new merchant partners - from large hardware chains to independent stores - while building lasting relationships that drive mutual growth.

This is a hybrid role combining face-to-face meetings with prospective partners and remote work to manage your pipeline, proposals, and reporting. Success will be measured by your ability to secure high-value partnerships, expand the marketplace offering, and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to showcase partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and onboard partners successfully.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective businesses across the hardware and home improvement sector.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support partner success.
- Track and report sales activity, market trends, and competitor insights.
- Represent the business at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

You're a results-driven sales professional with experience in high-growth environments. You thrive on building new relationships, have strong negotiation skills, and can confidently close deals with decision-makers in the retail or trade sectors.

- Proven B2B sales or business development experience.
- Strong track record of securing new accounts in retail, trade, or logistics.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to close.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with resilience in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of the hardware, tools, or home improvement industry is an advantage.

What's on Offer

- Competitive salary + attractive commission structure.
- Opportunity to join a rapidly growing tech platform disrupting a major retail sector.
- Hybrid working model with flexibility for client meetings and remote work.
- Career progression opportunities as the company expands nationally.
- Collaborative, dynamic team environment.
