About the Role

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the provision of efficient, effective and high-quality administrative services to members of the SA Virtual Care Service. You will work collaboratively with other Executives, Clinical and other administrative staff to assist in a long-term approach to the ongoing improvement of healthcare delivery.

Qualifications

- High standard of interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proven ability to work independently and be resourceful.
- Experience in Microsoft Outlook and Windows Excel.
- Experience in working in areas where confidentiality must be applied and maintained.
- Experience in the preparation of a wide range of documentation including minutes for meetings, agendas, letters, memos and reports.
- Demonstrated ability to readily assimilate new information and procedures and react positively in implementing changes.
