El VFX Production Coordinator será responsable de coordinar proyectos en colaboración con VFX Producers, Supervisors, HODs y artistas. Entre sus funciones se encuentra la gestión e implementación de tareas y objetivos clave para la entrega eficiente de proyectos, seguimiento y manejo del flujo de trabajo en los departamentos de CG y 2D, organización de dailies y reuniones, comunicación eficaz con los equipos y actualización diaria de bases de datos como Shotgun y Farmer Wife. Adicionalmente, deberá anticipar y reportar cualquier inconveniente al Producer y Supervisor, así como supervisar las entregas a clientes y asistir al área de producción con tareas ad hoc.
Requerimientos del puesto
- Organización: Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y establecer prioridades.
- Comunicación: Competencia para proporcionar feedback claro y trabajar en equipo hacia objetivos comunes.
- Conocimiento del pipeline de VFX y software: Comprensión de los procesos artísticos y técnicos del VFX y manejo de herramientas asociadas.
- Resiliencia: Capacidad para mantener la calma bajo presión y adaptarse a plazos ajustados.
