Job Description

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Prepare and submit financial documents for loan applications, drawdowns, and banking compliance
- Maintain accurate registers of project securities including bank guarantees and bonds
- Coordinate property valuation schedules, liaise with external valuers, and manage related reporting and invoicing
- Administer tenant deposits, generate recoverable work invoices, and support audits and reconciliations
- Upload actuals, assist with reforecasting, variance analysis, and ensure timely financial reporting
- Process acquisition journals, lease entries, tenant invoicing, and manage aging reports
- Enhance workflow efficiency, document procedures, and foster strong internal and external partnerships
- Stay current with accounting standards and ensure all outputs meet regulatory and professional benchmarks

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accountant (Projects) should have:

- CA / CPA or working towards
- Experience working with project reporting systems
