The Opportunity

This role offers a balanced mix of compliance and advisory work. Direct exposure to Partners and business owners. Key Responsibilities

- Assist with advisory projects including tax structuring and planning
- Deliver management reporting and financial forecasting
- Collaborate directly with Partners and clients to address business challenges
- Mentor junior accountants and review their work

Candidate Profile

- Strong technical skills in compliance and a genuine interest in advisory
- Proven ability to build client relationships and apply commercial insight
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative
