Job Description
- Promoting and selling specialised surgical products across major hospitals in Victoria and Tasmania
- Supporting surgeons and theatre staff with education, training, and clinical case support
- Building and maintaining relationships with physicians, nurses, lab staff, and procurement teams
- Driving product usage and territory growth through a mix of clinical engagement and commercial strategy
- Collaborating closely with the immediate and wider team
- Supporting with regional travel and on-call/after-hours work
The Successful Applicant
- Tertiary qualification in science, nursing, or a related discipline
- 3-4 years of medical device sales experience within a complex surgical field
- Prior theatre exposure is highly regarded
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously and strategic territory planning
