About the Role

We are currently searching for a driven and dedicated Member Services Attendant, relief Cash Control Officer on a part-time basis to join our close-knit team at our venue, Harbord Diggers, located in Freshwater, NSW

As a Member Services Attendant, you will act as our brand ambassador and be the first touch point for our members and guests upon entry ensuring a five-star service delivery and memorable moments are created for all.

More specifically, some of your duties will include:

- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain legislative requirements including club entry, RSA & RCG standards
- General administrative duties
- Provide our customers with friendly informed directions and assistance
- Up sell and promote club memberships, entertainment, promotions and events
- Process Club memberships and renewals accurately
- Professional and welcoming telephone manner to internal and external customers using the PABX / Switchboard as well as conveying accurate messages
- Project a professional image at all times
- Enhance the Harbord Diggers experience to all members and guests
- Greet everyone with a warm and welcoming smile

Cash Control Officer role

As a Cash Control Officer, you will be responsible for servicing the needs of our customers internally and externally, whilst maintaining the Club’s cash holdings in a confidential and accountable manner.

More specifically, your key duties will include:

- Complete clearance reconciliation
- Issuing and balancing floats
- Assisting with the preparation of ATMs
- Balancing at the end of shift
- Monitor and review cash handling within the organisation including POS variances
- Maintain petty cash records in accordance with club policy
- Minimise the clubs cash exposure during all operational hours

About You

- Strong reconciliation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organisational and time management with a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure against multiple priorities
- Strong computer literacy skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and other PC Platforms
- High level of professionalism with sensitivity to confidential issues
- Impeccable presentation and a service oriented approach
- Hold a current NSW Liquor and Gaming RSA/ RCG competency card or be willing to obtain
- Current Police Check or be willing to obtain
