We're looking for a professional, personable, and proactive individual to be the first point of contact at our vibrant residence. In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our front desk operations—supporting residents, staff, family members, and visitors with warmth, efficiency, and discretion.

What you'll do:

- Welcome residents, families, staff, and visitors with genuine care—both in person and over the phone

- Handle a variety of enquiries with professionalism and empathy

- Deliver a full range of front desk and administrative support services

- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment in every interaction

- Embrace and learn new technology systems as part of your daily workflow

- Communicate effectively across a diverse range of people and situations

What you bring:

- A strong sense of organisation and attention to detail

- Confidence with learning and using new technology

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- The ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple tasks

- A genuine passion for supporting others and creating a welcoming environment
